Belly dance performances are known for their flamboyant costumes, dazzling use of props and intricate choreography. The synthesis of body isolation techniques and captivating music never fail to entrall audiences. This is especially so during drum solos when the dancer fuse seamlessly with the beats emanating from the instrument.
The Bellydance Haven Performance Team is a group of professionally trained dancers with rich experiences in stage performances over the years. Our belly dancers for hire have been invited to perform in various private and public occasions such as concerts, parties, company Dinner & Dance, restaurants, shows and fundraising events.
We provide solo, duet, trio and troupe belly dance performances for corporate and/or private events. We also provide spontaneous audience interactions and mini workshops at the clients' requests. During audience interactions, dancers will mingle with the guests (of mixed gender) in a respectful and family friendly way to heighten rapport and engagement. Mini workshops are designed to enable audiences to participate and experience being belly dancers themselves in a fun and interactive way. Basic belly dance moves will be taught during such workshops to equip audiences with the ability to dance confidently on their own.
Various dance styles are on offer at the client’s request. We provide Oriental, classical, drum solo, baladi, shaabi, fusion, among many others. In fusion, dance forms like Bollywood, hip hop, K-Pop, Latin, tango and others are incorporated into belly dance routines. We also use props such as fan veils, swords, canes, Wings of Isis, Argentinian wings, LED wings and zills (finger cymbals), whenever appropriate.
Available for hire, the troupe offers belly dance performances for company events, shows, parties and other occasions. Our belly dancers for hire do not perform for all-male and bachelor parties.
